
William Macaulay, MD, is nationally and internationally renowned for solving the most challenging adult reconstructive problems. He has expertise in the latest minimally invasive, bone preserving, and recuperation enhancing trends in hip and knee replacement surgery. Nonetheless, he remains conservative with his treatment approach and uses surgery as the last resort.
Dr. Macaulay is active in medical student/resident teaching and research. He is the author of numerous peer-reviewed articles in professional journals as well as book chapters and delivers presentations at both national and international scientific meetings. Dr. Macaulay was included in the list of New York Magazine's “Best Doctors in New York” in 2010.
